WebJazz Lab Ensemble is comprised of students interested in learning the art of jazz through the study of jazz technique and improvisation. The band plays at all school concerts. During a typical school year, Jazz Lab meets Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 7:45 AM. WebInstruments in the band (yes I know this list is weird): 5 saxophones (1 soprano, 1 alto, 2 tenor and a baritone), 2 guitars, 1 electric bass, piano and singer. The song can accomodate any group of the instruments and some of the saxophones can, and usually do, play the parts of different instruments.
