Unfortunately, the firmware downloads for V1.1 are not longer available as not more firmware versions have been or will be released for that version of hardware. The system must be properly cabled. All paths to the storage shelves must be available. The disk shelf stacks must be stable. Because I lost the PW, I did a full reset on one the first unit (30sec Reset hold) then logged in with the default user/pw which was fine. Next I run the firmware update from within the RV042G web gui to update to 4.2.3.10.
